Accepted Medical Insurances
Pinewood Medical Clinic accepts most major medical insurances, including plans from Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Humana, and Medicare.
Please call us at (936)321-3110 to confirm we accept your medical insurance plan if you do not see it listed here. We make every effort to accept every patient who wants to see us.
Hospital Admissions & Care
Pinewood Medical Clinic works closely with doctors who specialize in hospital medicine or in-patient hospital care to help care for you when you need to be admitted to the hospital. These doctors have privileges at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital, St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital, and Conroe Regional Medical Center.
When you are discharged from the hospital, please schedule a visit with your provider within two to five days to coordinate any follow-up care you need and to monitor your continued progress.
Copays & Cancellations
All co-payments for service must be paid at the time of your visit. We kindly request that you cancel scheduled appointments at least 24 hours in advance. We charge a fee of $40 - $50 for appointments that you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance.
